PROBLEM STATEMENT
Every recruitment cycle, thousands of candidates apply at once and it caused a lot of work for the hiring team to go through all the CVs. The initial aim of the project was to develop a machine learning model that will predict which candidates (according to CV data) will be hired at Calybre to help with the efficiency of the recruitment process.
SOLUTIONS
From the beginning we knew the solution would involve developing a machine learning model. The model helped screen CVs and gave the candidate a rating of whether it is a good candidate. The data gathered also showed insights on what aspects of a CV can be used to determine whether a candidate is a good fit for Calybre or not.
