Why Choose Calybre?
• Fast-Track Your Career:
Our 12-month Consultant Journey blends technical training (data engineering, analytics, science) with consulting and professional skills, so you’re ready for real client work - fast.
• Learn by Doing:
o First 4 months: Full-time learning in a supportive “Pod” (team of up to 8), with online courses, certifications, and practical assignments. You’ll cover technical skills (like Python, SQL, data engineering, analytics, and BI) and “power skills” (communication, teamwork, time management).
o Next 4 months: Split your time between a hands-on Capstone project (simulating a real client engagement) and joining actual client projects in a supportive, shadowing capacity. You’ll also work towards foundational technical certifications (Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake).
o Final 4 months: Step up as a Junior Consultant, working on real client projects (75% of your time) while deepening your expertise and preparing for associate-level certifications.
• Support Every Step:
o Dedicated Engagement Lead (an experienced data consultant), People Manager (an industrial psychologist), and mentor.
o Regular check-ins, coaching, and peer support.
o Access to Udemy and other learning platforms.
• Globally Recognised Skills:
o Programme mapped to the SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) global standard.
o Earn digital badges for technical and behavioural skills at each stage.
o Build a portfolio of evidence and certifications that are recognised by employers worldwide.
• Clear Progression:
o Move up based on your skills, not just years of experience.
o Transparent expectations and KPIs at every stage.
o Defined levels from Intern to Senior Consultant and beyond.
• Flexible Work:
o Hybrid and flexible hours.
o Always 4 hours/week set aside for learning and development.
